Curated by a team led by Carl Sagan, these records contain sounds and images that portray the diversity of life and culture on Earth, intended to communicate the story of our world to potential extraterrestrial life. Encased in gold-plated copper, the records include music, greetings in various languages, and natural sounds, serving as a message of peace and a testament to human curiosity and creativity.
